Inviting Users to your Team
Users can be added to your team 1 of 2 ways:
- Admin sends an email invite via account settings page, using the "Invite Team' feature.
- User creates an account and requests permission to join team.

Cass (AI Assistant)
Think of Cass as your very own personal AI assistant. He can pull and assess your data to help give you extensive insights into your various payouts and statements.

Recon-based Assistance
When reconciling a payout or statement, Cass can be prompted in a new Recon Chat for analysis and assistance on reconciling. Furthermore, he can be prompted without a chat using Recon Analysis, where Cass will pull the entire reconciliation in its current state and provide you with powerful feedback by providing the following:
- Payout/Statement Summary
- Reconciliation Summary
- Possible matching errors
- Possible missed discrepancies
- Suggestions on improvements to custom logic
Logic Building Assistance
The custom logic that DealerClear offers to dealerships is extensive and therefore complicated. Fortunately, Cass has been trained on all aspects of the custom logic configurations and can help you create the raw logic configuration files in a simple chat-like format. You can simply describe what needs to happen with each condition or action, and Cass will build out the entire file for you and even test it for you.
DealerClear has made valiant efforts with Cass to ensure these configuration files are valid and work as expected, but ultimately Cass is not human. He is unable reason critically, knowing the best way to prompt Cass and test the configuration files is crucial.
