DMS
A Dealer Management System (DMS) is a comprehensive software platform used by automotive dealerships to manage and streamline their daily operations. It integrates multiple functions within a dealership, such as sales, service, inventory management, accounting, and customer relationship management (CRM). By centralizing these processes, a DMS helps improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and provide better visibility into business operations.
DealerClear supports all major DMS, however some have nuances that should be understood prior to using DealerClear's reconciliation services.
Invoice Gateway
An Invoice Gateway is a configuration file that describes mappings and conditions for mapping raw parts invoice record. These
are entirely agnostic to source, meaning it does not matter what DMS the parts invoice file was uploaded from.
